Inspired by the triangular shape of the native Brazilian snake’s head, the Jararaca flatware, by Arthur Casas,  is available both in stainless steel and silver-plated finishes and comes in sets of 16 or 130 pieces.  The latter is encased in a grand chest of Freijó wood, with drawers and compartments.

Comprised of a single bent piece of steel with a canvas or leather slipcover, award winning architect Paulo Mendes da Rocha originally designed the Paulistano armchair to furnish the interiors of the Athletic Club, in São Paulo, which he also designed.  Comfortable and stylish the Paulistano is part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in NY and is available at ESPASSO.
